BIAZZI TDA PLANT FOR CHINA

BIAZZI SA Switzerland just signed a contract with LIAONING BEIFANG JINHUA PU CO. LTD. CHINA for the delivery of an hydrogenation plant with catalyst recycling for the production of 46'000 MTPY of TDA (toluene diamine), starting from DNT (dinitrotoluene).

Biazzi shall not only deliver its own Biazzi TDA process but also the extended basic engineering and essential equipment for the entire plant.

Beside excellent final product and consumptions characteristics, Biazzi's process differs from other suppliers by the use of the Biazzi patented hydrogenation reactor.

The reactor efficiency and extremely high heat exchange capacity enable to achieve this capacity without the requirement of a solvent in one single line. The reactor volume is quite smaller than usual for such a production.
